Professional Biography
Lily Douthitt is a Western Kentucky native and proud graduate of the University of Kentucky. After earning her undergraduate degree, she spent five years in Washington, D.C., working on federal policy initiatives, with a primary focus on agriculture and natural resources. She then served at the Tennessee Department of Agriculture as a Legislative Liaison to the Tennessee General Assembly. Lily has now returned to her alma mater to join the Government Relations team, bringing her policy expertise and public service experience to advance the university’s mission and strengthen its partnerships across the Commonwealth and beyond.
