Appointing Directors of Undergraduate Studies
To appoint a Director of Undergraduate Studies, please complete the CAFE Director of Undergraduate Studies Form. Have the form signed by the faculty member being appointed as DUS, and their Department Chair, and then submit the form to the Office of Faculty Resources, Planning and Assessment at cafe-frpa@uky.edu.
